Change your blogger address/URL to new in simple steps. If you change your existing blog url all incoming links will become dead. People may have linked to your blog that may become dead link. So be careful if your blog is on the web for long time, because search engines may have indexed your pages and also your blog posts might have good pageranks.
1. Login to Blogger Dashboard

2. Go to Settings >> Publishing

3. Enter New URL in box as shown in following fig.
